ARTZ BIZ KIDZ

Working with Students and the Community

Our artists use a hands on approach to visual/fine arts classes in a variety of artistic media, we collaborate with community agencies/cultural institutions. We tour all local museums and galleries.

BAI teachers train students in the techniques and skills required to produce a particular art form.

Some of the courses include:

  • Wearable Art
  • Ceramics
  • Painting
  • Jewelry Making
  • Sculpture
  • Spoken Word
  • Dance

Traditionally, courses end with an exhibition of works featured in a Student Art Show.  Students’ works are showcased to family other agencies and the entire community. Some kids price their work to sell.
